Kin Sze has been a kung fu practitioner for 3 decades. He is an award-winning martial arts competitor. As a trained mechanical engineer, he often incorporates body mechanics in his martial arts practice and coaching. As a Registered Massage Therapist, RMT, and certified personal fitness trainer, he is a martial arts coach who can improve trainees' movement mechanics and performance.

Primary goal: Improve overall fitness.
Secondary goal: Gain self-defence knowledge, Foster good biomechanics and posture to help you in day-to-day activities of daily living (ADL).
Everyone is welcome, with or without previous martial arts training experience.
